In order to maintain the museum and operate for three months a year plus carry out other work of the association, about $25,000 to $30,000 annually is needed.  So far we don't always operate for even a full two months or as many hours as we would like because our income is less that half of what we need for a full operation, and much of that is not guaranteed each year.  The history of the Placentia Area is too important and exciting not to receive full representation, further development and continuous promotion in our region and outside.
